Our Services

• The Stock Tank is a mobile bar service for private events. We provide bar setup, bar breakdown, bartending service, and other agreed-upon bar-related items depending on the package selected.

• The Stock Tank is a dry hire mobile bar, which means we do not sell, provide, or supply alcohol. All alcohol must be purchased separately by the client.

• Setup: 1–2 hours. Breakdown: 1 hour.

 

Booking Policy

• A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. Your event is not considered booked until both are received.

• The remaining balance must be paid by the due date listed in your invoice or service agreement. If the final payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to charge a fee.

 

Payments

• Payment methods accepted will be outlined during booking.

• By submitting payment, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected package, add-ons, travel charges, overtime, and any applicable damages or additional services requested.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable because your event date is reserved specifically for you.

• If you cancel your event, additional fees may still apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date. Any refund eligibility beyond the deposit is at the sole discretion of The Stock Tank and subject to the terms in your signed service agreement.

• If we are unable to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue access issues, or emergencies, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or otherwise work with you.

Alcohol Responsibility

• The Stock Tank is a dry hire mobile bar and does not sell or provide alcohol.

• The client is solely responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol for the event.

• The Stock Tank is not liable for any alcohol-related incidents.

• By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring alcohol is obtained lawfully

  • You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and venue rules

  • You are responsible for obtaining any required permits, permissions, or approvals related to alcohol service at your event

• No guest under the age of 21 may be served alcohol

• We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated, cannot provide valid identification, is underage, or is behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner.

 

Montana Alcohol Compliance

• The Stock Tank operates as a dry hire mobile bar service in Montana. We do not sell or supply alcohol.

• The client understands that alcohol laws and event requirements may vary by venue, county, city, or state. The client is solely responsible for confirming that alcohol service is permitted at their event location and that all necessary permissions have been obtained.

 

Client Responsibilities

• To allow us to provide services safely and efficiently, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event details before the event

  • Provide a safe and accessible setup location

  • Ensure adequate space for bar setup and service

  • Provide access to the venue at the agreed-upon time

  • Provide any required utilities if stated in the package or agreement

  • Ensure guests act in a respectful and safe manner

• We reserve the right to modify setup or service if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

 

Overtime and Additional Charges

• Service beyond the agreed service time may be subject to overtime fees. Additional charges may also apply for extra travel, additional guests, extended hours, special requests, damage, excessive cleaning, or other services not included in the original booking.

 

Refusal of Service

• The Stock Tank reserves the right to refuse or stop service at any time if:

• A guest is underage

• A guest is visibly intoxicated

• A guest is aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate

• Service would violate venue rules or applicable law

• Conditions become unsafe for our staff, your guests, or our equipment

• No refund will be issued for interruptions or early termination of service caused by unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate conduct.

Damage to Equipment or Property

• The client is responsible for any damage caused by the client, guests, vendors, or venue staff to The Stock Tank’s trailer, bar setup, tools, décor, or equipment during the event.

• Repair or replacement costs may be invoiced after the event.

Weather and Outdoor Events

• For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing appropriate weather protection and a safe service area. We reserve the right to pause, delay, modify, or end service if weather conditions create safety concerns, including wind, rain, lightning, mud, or extreme temperatures.

Photos and Marketing

• Unless otherwise requested in writing before your event, The Stock Tank may use photographs or videos of our setup, trailer, drinks, décor, and general event styling for website, portfolio, and social media marketing purposes.

• We will avoid sharing private or sensitive personal information.

Website Use

• All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, images, graphics, and design elements, belongs to The Stock Tank unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use website content without prior written permission.

• We reserve the right to update website content, pricing, packages, and policies at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Stock Tank is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to use of our website or services.

• By booking our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Stock Tank, its owners, staff, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your event, including those related to alcohol provided by the client or guest conduct, except where caused solely by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
